Had dinner at Tery Pork today to celebrate Mummy's birthday.
Malaysian Chinese are so deprived of porks, naturally we see this porky restaurant as if they are selling gold. What's so special is they are also selling pork shoulder here. Once you tried pork shoulder, you wouldn't like other parts of the pig ;p. Tender, soft and juicy. To me, pork shoulder is like a premium part of pork just like Wagyu is the premium of beef :p
We had porky pizza, pork shoulder chop, pork shoulder ramen and baked cheese fried rice.
