Eat away

I was thinking of having some pasta for dinner. Initially, he planned to bring me to dinner at tropicana but there's terrible traffic jam then. So we went to KLCC, thought he forgot about my spontaneous crave. He brought me to Limoncello, an Italian restaurant in KLCC. I have been there before for Somerby apple cider's event.

This time I can have a proper meal at this restaurant.



Smoked salmon pasta because I love salmon so much.



Forgot it's name but it's a beef salami pizza.

We asked for iced plain water. Then the waitress replied, "Plain water or iced water? It's different you know?". We were puzzled. @@ so to avoid things that spoil our mood for dinner, we just ordered "iced water" -.-


However, we were shocked at the price. The total price of the bill is MYR42+ (including tax, service charge). It's so cheap! It's like MYR 14 for the pizza and MYR 16 for the pasta only... because there's a 50% for citibank card holder. XD

This is all about food!




Had the Mocha from Coffee Stain. Yummy bear.


And I finally successful making the black fondant from scratch. Now I can make all the cake decor!


My dinner by mum. Delicious. Oh well, it's instant noodle plus takeaway pork chop though. Lol


Add a snack~ nitamago from Marutama. Love their egg. Best!

...And class. A hectic day but nonetheless interesting.

Then have a sweet hot chocolate together with my salad. Good combination. 😜

Sweetness overloaded

I mean my tummy. :p
Had lunch at Pulp. It was opened by Singaporean that turned a warehouse shop to a cafe. Same goes to Pulp. It was hidden in between factories. It is easy to be missed because it really looks like a factory.






Banoffee cake is always our favorite.



And baked cheesecake. Basic, simple and nice.


And chocolate cake.


There's cold brew too.

Sushi Daiwa Tsukiji

After the market is time for lunch. As expected, we queued one hour to get into
The restaurant. It was small. It's difficult for a person to walk. Well, that's a reason why Japanese are small sized. We ordered one set of individual sushi set for sharing but they are generous to give each of is green tea and miso soup.

We had several sushi and maki. My brother absolutely love the Uni sushi (sea urchin). The whole set was about rm100

Happy and special weekend

Last Friday, went to Publika for dinner. Had dinner at Ben's. Good food, good company.

I had a good chicken salad



Had a glass of red wine..

And not to forget my favorite... Coffee




That does not end the night. I get to watch Captain America after that.. which is what I keep wanting and it did happen <3 so grateful


On Saturday, after Qing Ming, we went right away to Singapore.

It was a surprise trip for my sister's birthday. Planned by my BIL.
Of course we succeed :D

Then we had dinner at Table Manners in Changi Point City



I ordered lemonade.. Yum..

This is the main course SGD18. Three little pigs. Yes.. It's a pork chop. Can't help but choosing pork

Then, went off to watch Project Hashima.
Not a good movie. After the movie, we had McD for supper :D

Had Thai food for lunch today at Sticky Fingers.

There's lunch set which include a drink, soup and main entree for MYR15.90

I ordered Tom Yum fried rice because colleague said that their western food not that good. I still prefer Bangkok Beats anyway.

Food for thought

Afternoon tea set. A look at it always make me happy because it shouted Dessert!

Macaroons, fruit tartlet and salmon spaghetti.

With a pot of tropical green tea for RM39.90 at Gardens lifestyle store and cafe. Price is reasonable. The taste of the food is quite decent.




Since I have time in the morning now, I can have many foods I crave for. This is one of it.

Wong Mei Kee Siew Yuk is the best in KL ever. How can you miss it? However it is quite pricey though. We have known this store for ages, even before it become famous and when the Siew yuk is still cheap but it is still worth the try.. The pork really melt in your mouth~ XD

Namoo on the park

We were there to celebrate Mummy's birthday. However, they have no idea what to eat. So I scout it out from foursquare and found this Korean bistro. Namoo... In Korean refers to tree..
I ordered Kimchi Tang and Namoo lemonade.



The bowl of kimchi soup is quite big. This soup alone can make me full without the rice. However, I still eat the rice because it was irresistible :p



How can anyone ignore the grain that looks so inviting as this?? XD



The lemonade was rather average. It is just..... Lemonade. Lol

Back to Shihlin for dinner. This time we choose a 100th years store for their 但仔麵. The braised pork not bad too.
There's a few low stool for customer to experience the traditional way to enjoy the noodle.
