Singapore: 海天阁重庆鸡公煲

Geylang, Singapore {09.03.2013} : Just arrived in Singapore and it was 8pm. We went for dinner right after we put left our stuff at my sis' house. My sister brought us to this restaurant which serving authentic Chinese cuisine.

We ordered the chicken hot pot. The sauce is pretty good




We, too, ordered the pig's ear which is the first time I ever eat it. The texture was crunchy and they cut it so thin it doesn't look like ear.
